Obsolescence management and procurement of alternative components
Spitek is able to deal with the most complex cases by carrying out studies and modification proposals, both for the system and for the component, to deal with cases of obsolescence, increase the number of suppliers or simply obtain substantial economic savings compared to the original components. For safety components, the process is sworn by an independent verifier.
Overhaul and repair of components and systems
Spitek is able to overhaul and repair a very wide range of components and systems, including critical ones with an impact on safety and more complex ones (for example electromechanical starters, high voltage sensors, combiners, extra rapid circuit breakers, etc.).
Spitek is able to comply with the expected safety performance, the obligations relating to the exchange of information related to safety, the traceability of documents related to railway safety for the entire duration of the contract and to this end it is equipped with:
- Certified skills management system compliant with the requirements of the Organizational Communication for the Safety Certificate n. 30.6/DT of 3 August 2018 issued by Trenitalia SpA, of Annex C to ANSF Decree 04/2012, to Trenord procedure P096 Rev.04 of 12.13.21 and to DOCS 55.0/DT-SIGSQ Section D – "Internal Qualifications MV0 " dated 22.07.2021
- Certificate of performance of the Maintenance Execution function, which confirms the acceptance of the maintenance system within the European Union in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016 /798 and Regulation (EU) 2019/779
