In 30 years of activity Spitek has developed the necessary skills to design, manufacture and overhaul a very wide range of components, including those classified as relevant for safety, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and reliability. In particular, Spitek has extensive experience in analyzing the technical documentation available for complex components or systems and is able to implement reverse engineering in cases where it is not available. Then follows the system design and the detailed design and Spitek is competent for different types of components and systems such as electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, insulating materials, etc. Finally, in an extremely short time, Spitek is able to create prototypes and validate them in its own internal laboratory or in external ones.

Always responding to the most up-to-date requirements of the constantly evolving regulatory framework, Spitek is able to identify alternative suppliers or equivalent components, to carry out safety analyzes according to EU regulation 402 of 2013, to obtain CE certification for interoperability components and, more generally, to obtain the certification of the overhaul and new supply processes as well as the conformity and suitability for use of the manufactured/overhauled component.
